The Breakthrough We’re Building
Traditional CAR T therapies are powerful but slow and costly. This project takes an entirely different approach to address these current challenges. Our goal is to create:
- Pre-engineered CAR T cells for immediate use, “off the shelf”,
- Applicable to virtually all tumor types, including rare and hard-to-treat cases,
- Safe, scalable, and far more accessible than traditional options
This could redefine how cancer is treated—for every patient, everywhere.
The Science Driving It Forward
Led by immunotherapy pioneers Dr. Andrew Pecora and Dr. David Perlin, this research is currently in pre-clinical development, utilizing:
- Genetically modified CAR T cells derived from healthy donors
- Lab-tested in mouse models to demonstrate safety and effectiveness
- Supported by the Cancer Discovery Institute, to help bring science to life.
